You have up to 8 weeks from the time your order becomes available to collect at no additional cost.

Secure Shipping
We provide secure shipping to your door, offering peace of mind with our door-to-door insurance coverage. 
Each shipment is fully insured and includes a track & trace service, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

Vault Storage
For clients seeking a secure storage solution, we offer fully allocated storage in our Secure Brisbane Vault. Your assets are insured by Lloyds of London, ensuring the highest level of protection.
This option provides the utmost security for your precious metals, allowing you to store them with confidence.
